Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Yishan order. If something is not right, this policy explains how to return it and how refunds work. It sits alongside your rights as a consumer, which it does not affect.

Return Window

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, an item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition with any tags still attached.

How to Start a Return

Use our contact page with your order number and the items you want to return, and we will reply with return instructions and the address to send them to. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the cost of returning it is paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund to your original payment method. We will let you know by email once your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us through our contact page and we will put it right, including covering return shipping where the fault is ours.
